Since 2014, Ega has managed the secretariat of SITO (Italian Society of Organ and Tissue Transplants) founded in 1966 for the following tasks:

Membership management;
Communication and media relations;
Organization of national conferences, of spring and midterm meetings;
Treasury management;
Strategic marketing and consulting.

In 2015 EGA set up a highly specialized team to provide strategic consulting support to SITO that led to the creation of the Italian Federation for the Promotion of Organ Transplants (FIPTO), whose mission is the dissemination of the donation and transplant culture, that is a very topical issue in the field of medicine today
