The presentation of the L'Espresso Guide: The Restaurants and Wines of Italy 2020 held Monday the 14th of October 2019 in Florence at the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino was powered by Ega.
The Guide tells the long journey that the authors, food and wine experts, have undertaken to describe the excellence of Italian catering with seriousness and rigor. After having tested about 3000 restaurants, pizzerias and trattorias:
- over 2200 are those to which he has dedicated a commentary

- 27 with "4 hats"
- 79 with "3 hats"
- 213 with "2 hats"
- 577 with "a hat"

There are 100 "best pizzerias in Italy", of which 32 are awarded with the symbol of the "three pizzas"
The "number 1" Restaurants of Italian cuisine according to the guide of L'Espresso are Ten.
Ten, the number of fantasy in football, of creativity, of genius. The highest scores, the five hats, were awarded between the North and Central Italy: Casadonna Reale from Castel di Sangro, St. Hubertus from San Cassiano, Le Calandre from Rubano, Lido 84 from Gardone Riviera, Osteria Francescana from Modena, Piazza Duomo in Alba, Uliassi in Senigallia, and three new entries, Seta del Mandarin in Milan, Madonnina del Pescatore in Senigallia and Villa Feltrinelli in Gargnano.
